      Description:
      List applications/databases which will be excluded from the compact task.

      Starting in Domino 8.5.1 the COMPACT_FILTER notes.ini parameter may be used to excluded/prevent a database(s) from being compacted.
      Commas or semi colons may be used as a delimiter between files names .
       A console message is displayed if a database is skipped compaction due to this parameter.
      Skipping compact on database 'log.nsf' because it is present in the ini parameter 'COMPACT_FILTER'
      This parameter is dynamic and can be set using the Domino server console 'set config' command.

      Compact_Filter=names.nsf; log.nsf; cldbdir.nsf
